Every Sunday we meet for worship at 10:30am, a blend of contemporary and traditional.

Usually all ages start together and then children and young people go to separate groups.

Once in a while we also have 'Cafe Church' in the Ansell Centre.

Weekly and monthly groups include prayer, coffee and chat, The Ark (babies/toddlers group), Bible studies.

If you want to find out more about the Christian faith, we also run Alpha courses.

We support a number of charities, including the local food bank, FIND.

In addition to the Junior Church programme on Sunday mornings, we run Messy Church once a month as well as occasional Holiday clubs.

The Church, Ansell Centre and Community Rooms are used by various community groups throughout the week.

The rooms are also available for private hire.

The URC chapel in Monks Eleigh is available as a day retreat centre.

 WEDNESDAYS 7:30PM

Q: SHAPED BY YOU provides the space for you to ask the questions that you have about God, faith and Christianity – to talk, listen and discuss.

Rather than following a set course, the ‘agenda’ will be shaped by the questions you bring to the initial session. Over the following four sessions, we will engage with various resources, allowing you to investigate and explore.

 WISE UP

 SUNDAYS 26 JAN & 9, 23 FEB

We could all do with a bit more wisdom! Over four Sundays in January and February we'll be delving into the books of Proverbs and Ecclesiastes to discover how some ancient wisdom might be very contemporary for us today.

Cafe Church

Join us for some late breakfast!

An informal and interactive service

loveworthy?

 SUNDAY 16 FEBRUARY 10:30AM

 SUN 9 FEB 3PM

No Matter Who

This month’s Messy Church focuses on David’s encounter with Goliath - courage, even in the face of giants!

The usual blend of family fun, including songs, stories, crafts, games and food.

RECENT

What if God were one of us?

What if you could meet God face to face in a human being?

John the gospel writer says it happened. He records for us stories of people bumping in to God in their everyday lives. All kinds of people - men and women, rich and poor, privileged and despised. They all have a tale to tell.

On Sundays throughout the autumn we explored their stories.

You can hear them all on the talks page.

 OVER £2,000 RAISED!

Some of us at Hadleigh URC took part in the Big Sleep Out in aid of homelessness charities. If you'd still like to donate, please visit our giving page here
