The Bookings Secretary

There are several rooms and halls available for hire or letting. Although there is quite a call on them all, please do call or e-mail to arrange a booking. We will always attempt to meet your needs. Look in Contacts for full details.

Mrs Jan Dicks is the sole responsible person. This describes in brief what she does.

Duties:

Take bookings for the Ansell Centre, Community Room and two small upstairs meeting rooms. This is normally by telephone or email.

Issue lettees with keys, checklist and fire instructions.

Prepare invoices, take payment and issue receipts.

Prepare a weekly table of room usage which is displayed on the notice boards in the Community Room and the Ansell Centre.

Ensure the heating is set for each user group when necessary.
